A house with great bones, just needed a little face lift.
Paint throughout the house really made a huge impact. With the natural light, adding shades of white with rich accent colors really kept it bright and fun. We chose to reface the cabinets instead of replace as well as update granite, honey marble backsplash and new fixtures throughout the home. The Kitchen and Master Bath lost their 70’s wall paper and it made a big difference in the overall feel of the rooms. We turned the wet bar into an open bar for extra seating overlooking the private the courtyard and looking into the open living room. It ended up making the kitchen, courtyard and living and great space for entertaining. Such a family friendly house.
